The enrollment packet takes approximately
30 minutes to complete. Refer to 2024-25 Course Catalog to view electives.
We cannot start enrollment without
ALL of the following items:
1. Proof of Residency - Under Parent/Guardian's Name Utility Bill such as: SDG&E, Internet, Water -
92131 only, except stonebridge. It must be within the last 30 days and cannot be past due. If you bring a lease, you must bring a utility bill or service request with it.
2. Birth certificate (if never been in SDUSD)
3. Grades (most recent)
4. Immunizations (Gr. 7 needs Tdap)
5. IEP/504, if applicable
optional to fill out the new student online enrollment and upload all docs: POR, BC, Grades, Immunizations, IEP/504, or bring all docs in person
