2026-27 New/Returning to SDUSD Resident Students ENROLLMENT
PART 1: Fill out the new student online enrollment and upload all docs:
1. Proof of Residency - Under Parent/Guardian's Name Utility Bill such as: SDG&E, Internet, Water (for residents 92131 only, except stonebridge). It must be within the last 30 days and cannot be past due. If you bring a lease/mortgage, you must bring a utility bill or service request with it.
2. Birth certificate
3. Grades (most recent)
4. Immunizations (Grade 7 needs Tdap)
5. IEP/504, if applicable
PART 2: You still need to finalize the enrollment (specific MMS forms & parent portal) by email. MMS will email/call you after reviewing your online application and documentation.
